There was plenty of celebration at Annie & Mark’s wedding at the Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert which made it a great end to photographing this year’s weddings. The couple’s location near Palm Springs was expected to be warm and sunny, the perfect choice for a winter-time wedding and that was why the projected desert rainstorm caught us all by surprise. Luckily the rain stopped the night before the wedding and though it left behind some strong winds it didn’t stop anyone from having a great time.
The couple included some unique favors at the reception in recognition of their athletic sides (Mark plays soccer). All the guests got a ‘team Mark & Annie’ headband and personalized water bottles featuring the newlyweds pictures on the label. Hello Everyone…Unfortunately we’ve experienced some major technical issues in the last couple of days. Our laptop crashed. Luckily it is just the backup computer so no real harm was done except for the loss of time. Since I have been trying to get rid of a terrible cold (which just can’t seem to part with me yet) this has been my main work area in the last few days. Now just as we get that fixed it’s BLOGGER’s turn. You may notice some odd behavior with the BLOG like weird looking layouts or toolbox icons scattered on the page. We’re trying hard to get things fixed and we may be upgrading to a better system that offers formal tech support as that is something that the folks at BLOGGER.com seem to be lacking. Stay tuned as we are also finishing up the last wedding collections of the year. We’ll attempt to post more recent work asap, and even though the layout may not look so pretty…at least the images will
