Ami & Will’s wedding was a fun filled day of culture, love and dance. They started with a traditional tea ceremony at the brides home and with Ami’s perfect planning and photo location scouting, headed to Pasadena for the couple & bridal party’s photo session. The bridesmaids wore beautiful pink dresses, the groomsmen sported a surprise of pink ties and vests under their black tuxes and even nature cooperated with the color scheme as we took photos near cherry blossom trees in full bloom.

At the reception, the bridal party had an entertaining surprise for their guests, a well choreographed group dance starring the bride and groom

It was a perfectly sunny day with bright blue skies as we photographed Aileen and Jo’s engagement session in downtown Los Angeles. This has been a popular location lately, we’ve captured about 4 sessions there in the last couple of months. We started at the Disney Concert Hall…on the right day at the right time, the architecture acts as a natural reflector, a plus for photographers. An example of this can be seen in the first image below, with our super wide angle lens and the perfect natural light, the colors are almost surreal.
