Wedding at Occasions in Laguna Beach
Michelle and Christopher wed at Occasions, a beach front venue in Laguna Beach. It was a crystal clear day and the brilliant blues of the sea and sky enhanced the setting. It was also super hot, but thanks to the large umbrellas and ocean breezes, their guests were sheltered from the heat.
After the ceremony, Christopher and Michelle treated all their guests to a tea ceremony and Asian style brunch at their hotel in Costa Mesa. The couple then took a break for some alone time before continuing the festivities at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in an elaborate multi level concert hall. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the second floor, while the lower level was being set up with intricate florals and decor designed by Michelle’s parents who own their own wedding and event planning business (how convenient for the couple!) After the grand entrance and first dance, guests enjoyed and endless array of dishes, the entrees and courses just seemed to keep coming all night and hand delivered by a small army of servers.
