We photographed Cindy and Geoff’s engagement pix at Santa Monica Pier. The couple lives in Nor Cal, so we were excited that they wanted to fly down for their shoot. They admittedly didn’t have a lot of experience in front of the camera. but were quick studies and their natural chemistry allowed us to capture genuine moments. After a few shots at the concrete staircase and walkways and in front of a cool purple cottage, we headed down to the beach and under the pier for some golden hour photos. We started Peggy and Ru’s engagement shoot at the Korean Friendship Bell at Angel’s Gate Park. We were met by blue skies, sunshine, and a very fun, giggly couple. After taking advantage of the cool Asian architecture of the bell and lush green grass and wildflowers around the grounds we headed to the bluff below for some sweeping views of the coastline and then ended at a rocky jetty. Peggy and Ru were naturals in front of the camera and gave us lots us laughs and fun poses. They even got a bit adventurous climbing up over the rocks to get to the sand for some beach shots.
